MAKAUT , WB Offers a Helping Hand to Schools during Lockdown Advise Teachers about Online Classes
Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT), WB has lent a helping hand to the government and government aided schools of West Bengal regarding the starting of online classes during Lockdown. Such schools are yet to initiate online classes amidst the Lockdown to prevent further spreading of corona virus in the wider community.
The Vice Chancellor of MAKAUT Prof, (Dr.) Saikat Maitra said that the University is committed to ensure a continuity in the entire teaching-learning process of the state. MAKAUT has already held online meetings with different school authorities in the districts of Howrah, Nadia and Hooghly. It will also meet with the schools of other districts shortly.
It has been decided that the schools will inform MAKAUT about their infrastructural requirements for arranging online classes. After that the University experts will inform them about the software and other requirements. The Head Masters and concerned teachers will be informed about the process.
