    Trinnect Ltd. (Finland) is collaborating with Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT), WB to offer:
    Post-Graduate certificate (6 months) and

    Diploma (1-year) programs in “Digital Health Technologies".

    These courses, first time in India, are designed by leading experts in Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and Medical Informatics trained in Finland and India and brings European training methods for the best learning experience.

    In April 2019, the World Health Organisation (WHO) released the “recommendations on digital interventions for health system strengthening”. Soon after, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MoHFW), Government of India, published the ‘National digital Health blueprint’ (NDHB). The Objectives of NDHB include:
    a.       Establishing and managing the core digital health data and the infrastructure required for its seamless exchange;
    b.      Promoting the adoption of open standards by all the actors in the National Digital Health Eco-system, for developing several digital health systems that span across the sector from wellness to disease management;
    c.       Creating a system of Personal Health Records, based on international standards, and easily accessible to the citizens and to the service providers, based on citizen-consent;
    d.      Following the best principles of cooperative federalism while working with the States and Union Territories for the realization of the Vision;
    e.       Promoting Health Data Analytics and Medical Research;
    f.        Enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of Governance at all levels;
    g.       Ensuring Quality of Healthcare.
    h.       Leveraging the Information Systems already existing in the health sector.
    However, as of now not even a rudimentary infrastructure exists in most of the hospitals or medical colleges in India to realise these visions and objectives. Therefore, a huge demand of trained manpower across India is already created.

    To fill the huge gap, Trinnect Ltd. (Finland) is collaborating with Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT), WB to offer post-graduate certificate (6 months) and diploma (1- year) programs in “Digital Health Technologies”.
